- 10 Deadlifts @ 95/65
- 30 Toes to Bar
- 10 Good Mornings @ 95/65
- 30 Jack-Knife Sit Ups
- 10 Power Snatches @ 65/35
- 30 Double Unders
- 10 OHS @ 65/35 (you may add weight)
- 30 Mountain Climbers
- 10 Overhead Lunges @ 65/35
- 30 Burpees
Today was one of those workout I hate. Stuff like jack knifes, toes to bar, and BURPEES, are what I hate. Also, its for time so you feel shitty at the end because you took so long. Oh well, I’ll have to make it up tomorrow.
